For the purposes of incorporation officers have been designated as:

Laura Lee Everett, Vice President and Secretary
Joel Purcell, Treasurer
The Board of Directors and permanent officers will be constituted as part of the organization process when the incorporation is complete. We also anticipate establishing an Advisory Committee.
