The Stage Door Series is Opera Baltimore’s program for pre-professional + emerging artists and future arts leaders — and for any audience member, of any age, who’s hungry to know how opera really gets made. You want more than applause from the opera world — you want a role in making it happen. Whether you sing, play, design, direct, manage, or dream of running the show, this is your way in.
We’re especially calling in folks from communities who have been historically underrepresented in the opera workforce. If you’ve got the passion, we’ve got the access.

Meet Your 2025–26 Ambassador
